Day 1LJUBLJANA

Arrival at Ljubljana airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 2LJUBLJANA - BLED - LJUBLJANA

Breakfast. In the morning, transfer to Bled, the most visited and photographed town in Slovenia. You will visit the castle of Bled, built on the high rock from where you can enjoy an incredible panoramic view over the lake and the island of Bled. Afterwards, you can optionally take a ride on the traditional boat, called "pletna", to the island of Lake Bled, with the famous Baroque church of St. Mary.

Return to the capital and guided tour of the city where we will visit its most strategic point, the Ljubljana Castle, which is located on top of a hill. To visit it, you can ascend walking or funicular. From there you can see majestic views of the capital, its old town and even the Alps in the background. Once down, you will walk along the side of the Ljubljanica River, which crosses the old town, full of original bridges, among which the Bridge of the Dragons, the symbol of Ljubljana, stands out. The rest of the free time to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 3LJUBLJANA - POSTOJNA - PIRAN - LJUBLJANA

Breakfast. In the morning, transfer to Postojna. Visit of the famous Postojna Cave, the largest cave in Europe open to the public. You will make a tour of the underground system, visiting the most beautiful part of the cave, the Spaghetti Room, the Red Room and the White Room. Admiring stalagmites and stalactites will arrive until the end of the visit where they will meet one of the most curious living beings that can be seen, "the human fish". Transfer to Predjama Castle - one of the most spectacular historical monuments in Slovenia. The castle is hanging on a rock wall 123 m high. In the afternoon, transfer to Piran. The city over time has maintained its medieval layout of narrow streets and narrow houses that rise in steps on the slope, and is characterized by contact with the Adriatic Sea, numerous squares and churches. At night, return to Ljubljana.

Day 4LJUBLJANA - OTOČEC - ZAGREB

Breakfast. In the morning, departure to Zagreb. On the way, you will visit the Otočec Castle, located on an island in the middle of the river Krka that already existed in the middle of the 13th century. Its external appearance reminds of a fortress, but its interior reminds of a palace.

From Otočec, you will continue to Zagreb, the capital of Croatia. You will visit the historic center "Gornji grad", the famous Zagreb cathedral, the church of St. Mark and King Tomislav Square. In the square of Josip Jelacic, which is the main square of Zagreb, you will know the

legend about the origin of the name of the city - linked to the fountain of the square. In the afternoon, free time to experience the fusion of the continental and Mediterranean spirit of the city.

Day 5ZAGREB - PLITVICE - SPLIT

After breakfast your trip continues with a departure to the National Park of Plitvice (declared a universal heritage by UNESCO), known as "the Paradise of the Waters". It emphasizes its spectacular beauty of its lakes, waterfalls and channels that disappear and return to resuscitate. You will enter the park, walk their paths and return to the starting point on boats. Afterwards, you will continue towards Split.

Night in Split.

Day 6SPLIT - TROGIR - SPLIT

Breakfast. In the morning visit of Split, the second largest city in Croatia. Your personal guide will show you around the old town, which used to be a retirement palace built in the 4th century by the Roman emperor Diocletian. Today the whole area is protected by UNESCO. Optionally you can also peek into its cellars or the adjacent buildings of the Cathedral of Saint Domnius and the Temple of Jupiter. In the afternoon transfer to the nearby Trogir - a harmonious medieval stone village located on an island (also part of the UNESCO World Heritage List). It is famous as a museum-city for its well-preserved Renaissance and Baroque buildings.

Day 7SPLIT - DUBROVNIK

In the morning, transfer to Dubrovnik. Visit the famous and very well-preserved historical center of Dubrovnik. 

Dubrovnik was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO. The city is surrounded by 1940 meters of imposing Gothic and Renaissance walls, which protect the churches and palaces within the old town. Between the points of highlights in the city are also the Palace of Regent and the Franciscan Monastery, in which one of the oldest pharmacies of Europe is located. In the afternoon free time to get to know the points where several episodes of the famous series Game of Thrones were filmed.

Day 8DUBROVNIK

Breakfast and free time until transfer to the airport for your return flight. End of the trip.
