Day 01Arrival to Auckland

Reception by a Spanish-speaking guide and transfer to the hotel.

Rest of the day free.
The following optional excursion is offered to passengers arriving very early or the day before:

Day 02Auckland

Breakfast at the hotel.
Visit Auckland, better known as “the city of candles”, including Mount Eden, America’s Cup Village, Bay Bridge, Parnell, the Winter Gardens and the Auckland Museum.

Walk to the west beaches (Muriwai) as well as tickets to the ‘Sky Tower’.

Day 03Auckland / Waitomo / Rotorua

Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning you will leave for Waitomo visiting the famous luminous larval caves. Lunch is included at a farm in the area. The journey continues to Rotorua, the highest city in the country at 330 meters above sea level on the shores of Lake Rotorua. This city is the "heart" of the Maori culture as well as the thermal center for its abundance of geysers, springs and boiling mud pools.

ACCOMMODATION: NOVOTEL LAKESIDE
City tour of the city of Rotorua, including the Government Gardens, Lake Rotorua. Later they will visit Te Puia, Maori Thermal Reserve and Cultural Center at the National Institute of Arts and Crafts of New Zealand, where they will be able to appreciate the art of Maori carving inherited from generation to generation. In the same park you will also be able to see the boiling mud and the famous geysers that are part of the reserve. You will also visit a Kiwi-House, a reproduction of the natural habitat of the night bird "Kiwi", to see these birds that are one of the symbols of New Zealand nationals.

In the afternoon, a visit to a ‘Marae’, a Maori meeting place, is included, where they will be received in the traditional way and will see a demonstration of Maori dances and songs. Afterwards, they will enjoy the ‘Hangi’ dinner, prepared in underground ovens.

Day 04Rotorua

Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure in the morning to the Waiotapu Wonderland Thermal Park for a guided walk through the main points that this thermal valley offers.

At noon, transfer to the town of Matamata. Included is the Hobbiton tour and the famous set where both Lord of the Rings and Hobbit trilogies were filmed.

Day 05Departure to Christchurch

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport to board the flight to Christchurch. Upon arrival, a panoramic tour of the city including the post-earthquake restructuring, such as the Cardboard Cathedral, the RE-START Containerized Shopping Center, as well as the panoramic point from the Sign of the Takahe.

Transfer to the hotel and accommodation for one night.

Day 06Departure to Mount Cook

Breakfast at the hotel.
In the morning, departure to Aoraki National Park, passing through Tekapo. In this small but interesting town, you will find the famous Chapel of the Good Shepherd as well as the lake of the same name fed by the glacial waters that give it that shade of aquamarine and gray colors.

Mount Cook offers optional scenic flights by plane or helicopter as well as a trip to Lake Tasman and icebergs.

Day 07Departure to Qeenstown

Breakfast at the hotel.
Departure for Queenstown. En route you will take a walk to Arrowtown, a former mining town from the 19th century. We will also visit the famous Kawarau Bridge, birthplace of the adrenaline activity of “Bungee Jumping”.

The funicular is included to ascend to the top of Mount Bob.

Day 08Excursion to the Milford Sound

Full day tour of Milford Sound. They will pass through Te Anau, a town on the shore of the lake of the same name. Continue along winding roads until you reach the Hommer tunnel, the entrance to the Fiordland National Park. They will embark on a cruise that will take them through the fjord itself to the Tasman Sea, where they will be able to see some examples of the local fauna such as sea lions and sometimes dolphins; appreciating as central frame the Pico Miter and the Bowen Falls. A light lunch is included on the trip.

Return to Queenstown by road included.
OPTIONAL: Return in a scenic flight by plane, flying over this park of high waterfalls, tropical jungle, glaciers, rivers and valleys until reaching the city (additional cost).

Day 09Departure from New Zealand

Breakfast
Transfer to the airport in this city to board the flight to next destination.

  • Transportation by private bus (we reserve the right to operate some regular bus tours for groups with a small number of participants)
