Reservations, modifications and cancellations
The bookings, once confirmed, may be modified or canceled respecting the policy of each individual product booked.
We are not responsible of the reservations that are not honored by our hotels and suppliers due to the lack of presentation of the TAILORBEDS voucher.
It’s total responsibility of the agent to provide the informations needed for the accomplishment of any of the requested services provided in our website. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by the passenger due to wrong information published in our system. It is the duty of the agent to check all the documentation delivered to its passengers before making the full payment of the reservation.
Check in procedure
All reservations are subject to verification by the hotel of the passport or document at the time of check in.Hotels may require a credit card or cash deposit to guarantee extra non-pre-booked services or possible incidents that may occur during the client’s stay.
Check out procedure
In order to prevent any type of problem that may arise at the departure of the hotel, we recommend that you follow the hotel check-out procedures and check the bill before retiring.
Special requests (eg accessible room, non-smoking room …) must be clearly specified at the time of booking. TAILORBEDS can not guarantee these services but will always make the maximum effort possible for the client to obtain it.
We inform that TAILORBEDS can not guarantee the type of bed in the hotels since this is chosen exclusively by them according to their occupation at the moment of the registration.
www.tailorbeds.travel is only for FIT reservations, TAILORBEDS is not responsible for FIT reservations that have been made for groups.
The payment terms will depend on the contractual conditions signed individually with each client.
Cancellation fees, changes and NO SHOWS will be applied according to the individual policy of each hotel, service or provider and will always be reflected in the conditions of the reservation.
We do not guarantee the refund of any amount paid in case of discontinuance or early departure of the booked hotel, even if there is a verbal or written guarantee from the hotel to the passenger / agent.
All refunds approved by TAILORBEDS will remain as a balance in favor of the client’s account for future use of new reserves.
If any client decides to cancel his account with TAILORBEDS, all funds remained as a balance will be refunded back to the client before ending the commercial agreement.
TAILORBEDS is not responsible for any reservations that the hotel cancels in case the passenger shows up after midnight and TAILORBEDS and the hotel have not been duly advised.
Transfers or services that passengers fail to take because they were not properly oriented by their agent / operator will not be reimbursed.
Book out and force majeure
TAILORBEDS is not responsible for the cases in which the originally booked hotel is not available for reasons of over booking or force majeure, and move the passenger to a hotel of the same category. We intervene to ensure that the offered option is a hotel of the same category or superior from the original and the hotel charges the cost of the transfer between hotels.
In the event that some destinations or hotels have lodging, city tax, resort fee or any other taxes or extra taxes that are not expressly specified in the TAILORBEDS voucher, such tax or fee will have to be paid at destination by the reservation holder.
Early check out
The hotel understands the early check-out as a cancellation of the remaining nights and therefore the applicable penalty can be applied
